RETURN POLICY

Credit Cards Processing Company will accept the return of the majority of our products (please refer to non-returnable products). In order to receive approriate credit for a replacement product for returned product, all of the following requirements must be met:
Returnable Products DOA or Dead On Arrival: These are products which you are returning because they were, Defective or Failed Products upon their arrival date.

  • You must call 800-317-6414, ext., 4 to be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact Credit Cards Processing Company and obtain the RMA number before returning the product.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 20 days from the date issued.
  • Products returned without an RMA number or with an invalid RMA number will be refused and returned to you.
  • All products must (a) be returned in their original packaging, (b) include all accessories, manuals, anti-static bags, etc, (c) be clean, without scratches and resealed its factory fresh condition, (d) double-boxed, with no markings or writing on the original box.
  • If product shows signs that the entire product and packaging was removed from its original box, or if any part, packaging or accessory is missing, the product will be returned to you.
  • All products must be returned to the address specified on the RMA document.
  • If your product arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival), out-of-box failure, or damaged during shipping, you must contact Credit Cards Processing Company immediately and request an RMA number to return the product. DOA products must be returned within 45 days of invoice.
  • If your product arrives in good condition but fails after the DOA period of 45 days, you must contact the manufacturer for warranty services (see your product manual for manufacturer's warranty information).
  • A 15% restock fee applies to returned product if a replacement product of equal or greater value is purchased. Additional charges will be assessed for missing or items returned not in “as new” condition.
  • A 30% minimum restock fee applies to returned product if no replacement product is purchased. Additional charges will be assessed for missing or items returned not in “as new” condition.
  • If the returned product meets all the above listed requirements, it will be accepted. Allow 2-4 weeks to process refunds and credit your credit card account (see refund policy)

    NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS POLICY: All Sales Are Final

  • All software products are not returnable unless the software arrives defective. Be sure the software is compatible with your application before you purchase. Defective software can only be exchanged for the same version.
  • Print heads, Barcode Media, Receipt Papers and Ribbons are not returnable.
  • Sensaphone remote monitoring products are not returnable unless the product arrives defective. Defective product can only be exchanged for the same model and value.
  • Viage age verification products are not returnable unless the product arrives defective. Defective product can only be exchanged for the same model and value.
  • Computers are not returnable unless the computer arrives defective. Defective computer can only be exchanged for the same model and value.
  • Service contracts and extended warranties are not returnable.

    Money back or replacement (buyer's choice). Buyer pays return shipping.

    Return policy

    A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns.

    The day you receive your phone, check it for the word "refurbished". From the date you receive this phone, if you see "refurbished" on it, and you do not want this phone; before returning it, you must first call 800-317-6414 ext., 4 (please leave a message with your name, email and telephone number) to get an RMA number.

    Item(s) must be in it's original container and packging in order to be considered a valid returned item(s). From the date you receive this phone, you'll have 14 days to return it with an approved RMA number. All RMA requests will only be considered if the Credit Cards Processing Company has first referred purchaser (customer) to the appropriate manufacturer or warranty provider for service, and that provider has refused warranty service.

    All RMAs are valid for 10 days once accepted, late returns may be refused and sent back to the purchaser (customer) at our discretion. Suppliers may decide to issue replacements (for the same type-style item) if requested, per their discretion. If replacement is requested and denied, you will need to return the phone for a credit and then place a new order. Please do not place a new order for replacement until confirmed. Credit Cards Processing Company does not provide return labels for any reason. You will be responsible for returning the product. Please note that if the package is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender for any reason, the credit will be minus original shipping, return fees, and restocking. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. Note: Credit/replacement will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.
